Your use of this service will constitute your agreement to the Terms and Conditions governing its use, which you should review before proceeding. If you don't agree to these terms, please exit now.

Because individuals who post resumes and because individual companies who post job openings or other information on this service add and/or maintain the content of their postings, they are solely responsible for such, and EDP cannot be held responsible for that content.
Prohibited Acts:
You must be of legal age to use this service. You agree that the following acts by you, or any user authorized by you, are prohibited and that you shall not:
Post, transmit, or promote any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable content, or post false, fictitious, or misleading information of any kind.You understand that EDP may allow you to post your resume to our Web sites. Your resume may be viewed by Companies/Employers/Individuals who subscribe to or access this service in any way. This could include your current employer. You may remove your resume by clicking on the appropriate link on our main menu and following the instructions. You assume the entire cost and liability of any damage, losses or expenses resulting from the submission or use of your resume by any company or individual who may gain access to your resume. You agree to waive, and will not assert, any claims against EDP based upon the submission or use of your resume by any person or company.
Harass, threaten, embarrass, cause distress, unwanted attention, or discomfort upon another user of these services.
Post, transmit, promote, link, or facilitate the distribution of sexually explicit or other content which is deemed by EDP to be inappropriate or offensive.
Impersonate any person or entity including, but not limited to, an EDP employee, or communicate under a false name or a name that the you are not entitled or authorized to use, or impersonate a minor.
Post as a job anything that would be not be considered normal and customary employment. Examples of non-customary employment include, but are not limited to, any multi-level marketing, franchise, club membership, distributorship, sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents. Franchises and legal Business Opportunities, including Work from Home, may be posted only in the Business Opportunity section.
Post or transmit a chain letter, a pyramid scheme or any other get rich quick scheme.
Post more than one job in one location, or post multiple jobs in one posting. You will need to post multiple jobs.
Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation to any user except in those areas that are expressly designated for such a purpose.
Post any type of Adult Entertainment jobs.
Collect or harvest email names of users of this service without permission.
Use and/or appear to use this service for sending unsolicited email messages.
Transmit any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain any password, account, or private financial information from any user.
Access, attempt to access, or tamper with EDP servers and equipment in any unauthorized manner.
Violate any law, provision, operating rule, policy, or guideline of EDP, or violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
EDP does not verify the accuracy of any information published, does not review or assume any responsibility for the content of email messages or any other communications between users, and does not ensure that offensive material will be promptly removed from this service.
EDP reserves the right to monitor the open areas of this service in accordance with legal requirements and reserves the right to terminate any resume, advertisement, or posting for any reason, and without notice to any user, which in EDP's sole discretion, fails to comply with this agreement. EDP reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to remove said materials from the service.
This site contains links that may take you to other third-party Web sites, pages, or services not under our control. These links are provided as a convenience to you. EDP is not responsible for content of these third-party services. You should not infer that EDP endorses the content accessible through these links in any way.
EDP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS OR ANY EDP WEB SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THIS OR ANY EDP WEB SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF THIS OR ANY EDP WEB SITE OR RELATED MATERIAL RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, EDP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS.
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY SERVICE IN THIS AGREEMENT FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL EDP BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE, OR OF THE INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, OR OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER USERS OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF POSSIBLE DAMAGES.
EDP PROVIDES THIS SERVICE ON AN AS-IS BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS LIMIT THE APPLICABILITY OF WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IF YOU RESIDE IN OR CONDUCT BUSINESS IN SUCH A JURISDICTION, YOU MAY NOT POST YOUR RESUME, ADVERTISEMENT OR JOB POSTING ON THIS SERVICE OR REPLY TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR POSTINGS PUBLISHED ON THIS SERVICE. IF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OR THE EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS HELD INAPPLICABLE OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN EDP’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO U.S. $5.00.
EDP makes no representation that materials on this or its other web sites are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You agree to comply with all applicable foreign and domestic laws, rules and regulations regarding the transmission of technical data exported from or imported to the United States or the country in which You reside.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EDP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any infringement of intellectual property rights, disparagement, libel, or invasion of privacy of any third party caused by your use of this service.
EDP may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and for any reason. Such change shall take effect when the change is posted on this web page. You agree to review this Agreement periodically.
Trademarks, Tradenames, Company Names, Logos, Products and Services set fourth in this Site are the property of their respective owners.
THIS IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT AND SERVICE. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
